Our Warranty

Every structural repair and waterproofing installation we complete carries a transferable lifetime warranty. The warranty covers the specific failure we repaired — water re-entry through an injected crack, further inward movement of a stabilized wall, failure of a drainage system to keep the basement dry. If the covered failure occurs, we return and correct it at no charge.

The warranty transfers to new owners at the time of home sale — you notify us of the ownership change and coverage continues to the new owners without additional fees or paperwork burden.
